1. DELIVERY TIME

The total time to receive your order is the sum of the Handling Time and the Transit Time.

  • Business Days: Monday – Friday (Closed on weekends and public holidays)
  • Business Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CT)
  • Handling Time (Production): 3–5 business days
  • Transit Time (Shipping):
    • United States: 5–10 business days (Standard Shipping)
    • International: 7–15 business days, depending on destination
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 
    • United States: 8-15 business days
    • International: 10–20 business days, depending on destination

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (CST) – (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total. All prices are listed in USD.

  • Orders under $100.00: $5.99 Flat Rate.
  • Orders $100.00 and over: FREE Shipping.

3. SHIPPING CARRIERS

We use reliable carriers to ensure your order is delivered safely:

  • US Orders: USPS, DHL US, DHL Parcel, UPS.
  • International: Australia Post, Canada Post, DHL Express UK, YunExpress, Yanwen, or other local delivery partners

4. SHIPMENT ORIGIN

To ensure the fastest delivery, we ship orders from a distributed network of fulfillment centers. Depending on product availability and your delivery address, your order may be fulfilled and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment centers or from our verified international fulfillment partners.

5. ORDER TRACKING

6. DELAYS AND ISSUES

While we strive for timely delivery, please note that factors such as extreme weather, customs inspections, carrier delays, or peak seasons may occasionally affect your timeline. We kindly ask that you allow 20 to 25 business days for your order to arrive. If your package has not delivered after this period, please contact us at [email protected] so we can promptly investigate with the carrier

7. Taxes, Duties, and VAT

  • International Orders: Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other destination-related charges are not included unless clearly stated at checkout.
