Please review our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process, produce, and ship your unique orders. By placing an order through our Website, you agree to the following terms.

1. DELIVERY TIME

The total time to receive your order is the sum of the Handling Time and the Transit Time.

  • Business Days: Monday – Friday (Closed on weekends and public holidays)
  • Business Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (MST)
  • Handling Time (Production): 3–5 business days
  • Transit Time (Shipping):
    • United States: 5–10 business days (Standard Shipping)
    • International: 7–15 business days (Varies by destination)

Order Cut-off Time: We process all orders placed before 05:00 PM (UTC−5) Eastern Standard Time (EST). Orders placed after 05:00 PM will be processed on the next business day. (During Daylight Saving Time, the cut-off corresponds to UTC−4 Eastern Daylight Time (EDT)).

2. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination and order total. All prices are listed in USD.

  • United States:
    • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $5.99 applies to all orders under $100.
    • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping for all orders over $100.
  • Note: A small percentage of international destinations may not offer full tracking visibility. Some shipments, particularly during peak seasons or due to customs, may experience extended delays of 20–25 business days.

3. SHIPPING CARRIERS

We use reliable carriers to ensure your order is delivered safely:

  • US Orders: USPS, DHL US, DHL Parcel, UPS.
  • International Orders: Australia Post, Canada Post, DHL Express UK, Yun Express, Yanwen.

4. SHIPMENT ORIGIN

To ensure the fastest delivery, we ship orders from a distributed network of fulfillment centers. Depending on product availability and your delivery address, your order may be fulfilled and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment centers or from our verified international fulfillment partners.

5. ORDER TRACKING

6. DELAYS AND ISSUES

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, certain factors—such as extreme weather, customs inspections, carrier delays, or high-volume periods—may occasionally affect the timeline. Please allow up to 20–25 business days for your order to arrive before contacting our support team for assistance. If your package has not arrived after this extended timeframe, please reach out to us via [email protected]so we can investigate with the carrier.
