RETURN & REFUND POLICY

YayCusto, operated by A TSHIRT & TSHIRTS LLC, produces apparel on a made-to-order basis. Each product is manufactured after an order is placed. To provide the best service to our customers in the United States, we have established the following guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after the order is placed.

  • After this 12-hour period, the order may already be in the production process and cancellation will no longer be possible.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our support team at [email protected] as soon as possible. Please be sure to include your Order Number in the message.

2. Return Eligibility

YayCusto assists in resolving issues related to manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors.

  • Return Acceptance: We accept returns for defective products only. This includes manufacturing defects, printing errors, items damaged during transit, or products that differ from the order confirmation.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are available only for defective items or fulfillment errors (for example, receiving the wrong product).
  • Return Window: Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Product Condition: Returned items must be new, unworn, and unwashed. Please keep the original packaging whenever possible.

If you receive a defective product, please contact our support team at [email protected] and include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and assist you promptly.

3. NON-ELIGIBLE CASES

Returns are not accepted for the following reasons:

  • Customer selected the wrong size
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect address provided during checkout

If you experience any of the situations above or need assistance with your order, please contact our support team at [email protected]. While some cases may not qualify for a return or refund, our team will review the request and do our best to provide a suitable solution.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review the Size Guide and order details before completing their purchase.

4. Return Method

All return requests must be initiated via email.

  • Step 1 – Contact Support
    • Email [email protected] with the following information: Order Number and photos clearly showing the defect or issue
  • Step 2 – Verification
    • Our support team will review the evidence to confirm the issue.
  • Step 3 – Resolution
    • After verification, we will offer one of the following solutions: A free replacement product, or A full refund

In most cases, customers do not need to return the product. If a return is required for further inspection, we will provide detailed instructions by email.

5. Return Label & Fees

  • Return Label: If a return shipment is required for inspection, a prepaid return label will be provided by us.
  • Additional Charges: YayCusto does not charge any restocking fees for approved returns related to manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors.

6. REFUND PROCESS

  • Once the issue has been verified, the refund process will proceed as follows:
    • Step 1 – Issue verification through photo evidence or returned item
    • Step 2 – Refund approval
    • Step 3 – Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Timeline: Approved refunds are initiated within 5 business days. Depending on your bank/payment provider, posting may take an additional 7–12 business days.
