RETURN & REFUND POLICY

These are the terms and conditions (the “Policy”) that apply when you make a purchase from YayCusto, operated by We Can Custom, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By placing an order for merchandise through our website, you accept this Policy and agree to be bound by it.
Because these terms are subject to change, we recommend checking this Policy whenever you place a new order. If you have any questions about this Policy or any aspect of your order, please contact our support team at [email protected].
1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of completing your purchase.
- Timeline: After 12 hours, cancellations are no longer available, as the order will have already entered our custom production process (3–5 business days for T-shirts and 1–4 business days for sweatshirts).
- How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please email us as soon as possible with your Order Number at [email protected].
2. Returning Goods
We want your order to be exactly as you expected. Since YayCusto specializes in custom-made-to-order apparel, we maintain a limited Return Policy. We only accept returns for products that are defective due to our fault, including:
- Size Discrepancy: Receiving a size different from what was specified in the order details.
- Printing Errors: Incorrect design or print that differs significantly from the product page.
- Damaged Items: Goods that arrive damaged (e.g., peeling, tearing, or broken fabric).
- Wrong Style: Receiving the incorrect garment type (e.g., a T-shirt instead of a sweatshirt).
IMPORTANT NOTE: Except in the cases listed above, we regret that we cannot accommodate returns or refunds for reasons such as buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection by the customer. Please refer to our Size Guide before purchasing.
The Returning Goods Process
If your order has an issue caused by us, please email us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected]. In your email, please include:
- Your Order Number.
- Photos clearly showing the issue (the defect, the damage, or the size tag if the size is incorrect).
Once verified, we will:
- Send a free replacement, or
- Issue a full refund.
In most cases, no return shipping is required. We will prioritize a replacement, which typically takes 1–5 business days to process and 4–15 business days for shipping.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal or Credit/Debit Card).
- Processing Time: After we verify the issue, your refund will be processed within 1–5 business days.
- Banking Window: Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
- Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of the ship date, we consider the package lost and will issue a full refund or a free replacement upon your request.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer general exchanges due to the custom nature of our products. However, if the issue is caused by our error (wrong size, incorrect design, or damaged item), we will handle it following our Returning Goods Process listed above. Customers do not need to place a new order for an exchange in these instances.
